Our menus offered in the main dining room showcase a wide range of Japanese cuisine; from the delicate use of vegetables to sashimi, rice and wagyu. Options include Chef Yamada's 8 Course Kaiseki menu starting at $135 per person and a 7 Course Vegetarian Tasting menu starting at $100 per person, and an A la carte menu. The Kaiseki Restaurant features sashimi but not sushi.
Sushi is offered exclusively with Ichimura at Brushstroke where Chef Eiji Ichimura showcases an Omakase menu, starting at $180 per person.
